Project name – Clear mind office
Typology: Apartment Interiors-Area: 2000 Sqft
Designing on a triangular site was an exciting exercise. One out of the three existing walls of the triangular plan was glazing while the other two were solid brick walls. It was critical to make sure that the cabins along the glazing didn’t block the natural light coming into the deeper spaces where there were no openings.
We also wanted every person in the office space whether seated in the lobby, conference rooms or cabins or walking in the passage to be able to view the beautiful greens outside the glazing. Access to the view of the trees and the sky from every corner of the office space coupled with plenty of daylight and dark warm hues elevated the experience of the space especially for those working there all day, every day. Clear Mind was a indeed challenging office project with a satisfying outcome.

The 4BHK Apartment on Prabhat road, Pune draws inspiration from traditional Indian aesthetics. The interiors showcase the timeless allure of Blue Kota stone flooring, complemented by the richness of teak wood veneer furniture and panelling. The muted elegance of beige-hued plastered walls enhances the house’s minimalistic yet inviting tropical vibe while the lush green surroundings make for tranquil ambient indoors. Staggering lines, echo throughout the flooring, furnishings, and panelling, to unify the space cohesively, creating a harmonious visual narrative

A way side open air restaurant restaurant. Standing with its identity, at same time allowing it be absorbed in the soft nursery landscape. Hanging hipped roof gracefully sitting over sleek steel columns, standing over wide steps, giving it a perfect foreground. Exposed raw steel structure, exposed stone walls, bard wooden furniture and exposed space, make grandeur of a closed and open environment..
